All our recipes contain a special ingredient – honey. To stay fit and healthy it’s important to eat other foods too. Eating meat, fish, cheese, milk, eggs, fruit and vegetables is good for you bee-cause they provide lots of energy to keep you active!

Tie back your hair

Check you have all the ingredients

Collect the kitchen utensils you will need

Adults are good for:

Cutting/slicing

Using the oven and electrical appliances

Lifting heavy things

Handling hot things, like pans on the hob and dishes in the oven

Remember to leave the kitchen clean and tidy.

A honey tip

When measuring honey, use a dessert spoon and dip in hot water before spooning the honey. This will stop it from sticking to the spoon.
